# Credits, plans, and billing

> How analysis credits work (5 per image or text creative, 10 per video), monthly resets, plan limits, trials, and changing plans.

Peachblue bills a flat monthly plan price; usage is governed by credits (for creative analysis) and message allowances (for Agent Peach). No percentage-of-spend pricing at any tier.

## Credits

Every creative analyzed consumes credits from your plan's monthly allowance:

The same creative is not charged twice: when fingerprinting recognizes a creative that has already been analyzed, it reuses the existing analysis at no cost. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. When credits run out, analysis pauses and queued creatives wait; everything resumes automatically at reset or immediately on upgrade. Already-analyzed creatives, scores, reports, and the agent remain fully available while analysis is paused.

## Trials

Starter and Pro start with a 7-day trial: add a card, use everything in the plan, cancel before day 7 at no charge. Scale, Power, and Agency start immediately, with a walkthrough available on request.

## Changing plans

Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings under Billing. Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts on the next invoice. Upgrading mid-period makes the new plan's credit allowance available right away.

## Where to see usage

Settings under Billing shows your current plan, credit balance, message usage, and reset date. The Data Hub also surfaces remaining credits alongside the analysis queue.
