Creative analytics for Amazon DSP.

Seven tools for analyzing Amazon DSP creative, from Amazon Marketing Cloud to Peachblue: what each does with DSP creative, who it fits, and verified prices.

The main creative analytics options for Amazon DSP in 2026 are Peachblue, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Vidmob, Smartly, Pacvue, Nova, and Improvado. They do different jobs. Three look at the creative itself (Peachblue, Vidmob, Smartly); the others measure what the creative did, through queries, reports, or data pipes. Only Peachblue analyzes DSP creative at a published, self-serve price.

Every price below was checked on the vendor's own pages on October 23, 2026. We make Peachblue, so it is on the list; every other entry says who that tool is genuinely right for. One naming note: Amazon now describes Amazon DSP as part of Amazon Ads Agent, its unified buying platform. Most agencies still say Amazon DSP, and so do we.

What does creative analytics mean on Amazon DSP?

It means answering two questions for each creative: what did it do, and why. On DSP, the first is harder than it sounds, because the same creative usually runs in several line items, so its results arrive split into rows. The second needs someone, or something, to look at what is in the ad.

A useful DSP creative view does four things:

  1. Counts each creative once, across every line item and order it runs in.
  2. Judges it on the right numbers for its format: viewability and completion for video and streaming, detail page views and purchases for conversion lines, new-to-brand share for growth.
  3. Explains the result, by tagging what is in the creative (format, hook, product shown, message).
  4. Puts it beside your other platforms, so your best DSP creative can be compared with your best Meta or TikTok creative.

Our guide to Amazon DSP creative performance covers the metrics themselves. This page compares the tools.

1. Peachblue: best for judging DSP creative alongside social

Peachblue is a creative intelligence platform for brands and agencies. It syncs Amazon DSP performance daily at creative level, mirrors the creative assets themselves, and counts each asset once however many line items carry it, so a video running in five line items is judged as one creative. Every DSP creative gets the same analysis as your social ads: tagged on 31 dimensions with a written read, ranked by a composite score, and compared with your Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads creative in one account. Intelligence finds what your winners share, and the Next Creative Brief turns it into concepts and a generation-ready prompt block for the next round.

Around the creative sits the DSP agency work: per-order flight pacing (budget, spend to date, pace, days remaining, blended CPM against your CPM goal), supplier breakdowns, and client reports with your agency margin applied. Agent Peach answers questions in the app, the MCP server puts the same data in Claude, and Brand Intel tracks what Reddit says about each brand.

Pricing: Amazon DSP sync starts on Scale at $499/mo; pacing and client-ready reports come with Power at $799; multi-client workspaces with Agency, priced to your client roster. Plans start at $79 for Meta and TikTok. See pricing.

Choose Peachblue if you want to know which DSP creative is working and why, and see it next to your social creative, without writing queries.

2. Amazon Marketing Cloud: best for custom questions on Amazon's own data

Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is Amazon's clean room: you query event-level Amazon Ads data, joined with your own if you upload it, and get aggregated, anonymous results back. It is "available at no cost to eligible advertisers," Amazon says, and its templates and the Ads Agent in AMC, which writes SQL from plain language, mean you no longer have to write every query yourself. It is the deepest source of Amazon data there is, and the place to answer questions no standard report covers, such as which ads a customer saw before buying.

What Amazon's pages do not describe is a ready-made creative report. Creative questions in AMC are queries you design, and the answer is numbers, not a read of what is in the ad.

Pricing: no fee for eligible advertisers; optional paid data features in beta.

Choose AMC if you have someone who can frame queries and you need answers about audiences, paths to purchase, or incrementality that no off-the-shelf report gives.

3. Vidmob: best for enterprise pre-flight scoring

Vidmob is the enterprise option and the only other tool here that tags DSP creative: it covers 13 channels, including Amazon DSP and Amazon Sponsored Ads, scores each asset against brand and platform criteria before and during flight, and breaks it into elements (talent, tone, pacing, product presence) in reports built to show clients. Pricing is per brand, by annual impressions.

Pricing: on request; packages sized by impressions per brand.

Choose Vidmob if you run large brands that need pre-flight scoring and brand compliance across many channels.

4. Smartly: best for teams that also make DSP creative at scale

Smartly connects creative production to buying. For Amazon DSP, still labelled beta in its documentation, it covers making creatives from templates and creative AI, trafficking them to DSP, predicting attention before launch, and Creative Insights on which creatives performed best, across streaming TV, online video, and display.

Pricing: on request.

Choose Smartly if your bottleneck is producing and trafficking many DSP creative versions, and you want reporting in the same tool.

5. Pacvue: best for retail media teams running DSP and search together

Pacvue is a commerce media platform. On DSP it offers measurement built on AMC, rules that pause DSP creatives automatically when a product goes out of stock or loses the Buy Box, an AI agent for insights and recommendations, and reports that put search and DSP side by side with multi-touch attribution.

Pricing: on request.

Choose Pacvue if you manage Amazon search and DSP together and want automation tied to inventory and retail signals.

6. Nova: best for Amazon sellers who want DSP inside their P&L

Nova is an Amazon analytics platform for sellers, brands, and agencies. Its DSP reporting covers orders, line items, pacing, supply source, device, country, and audiences, and it books DSP as its own cost line in your profit and loss. Its pages mention creative reports but show no creative-level metrics.

Pricing: from $49/mo per Seller or Vendor Central account, with a 14-day trial; Enterprise and Agency on request. The pricing page does not say whether DSP reporting is included at $49.

Choose Nova if you sell on Amazon and want DSP results judged against margin and inventory.

7. Improvado: best for data teams piping DSP into a warehouse

Improvado is a marketing data platform. Its Amazon DSP connector extracts creative type, impressions, clicks, CTR, and video completion rate, with campaign, line item, order, and audience data, into Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and other destinations. Its AI agents can also act on DSP, pausing line items or changing budgets and bids.

Pricing: MCP-only access at $100/mo; full plans from $20,000/yr; a Creative Analytics add-on from $4,000, available on Growth and Enterprise.

Choose Improvado if you have a data team and want DSP creative data inside your own warehouse and BI.

What makes Peachblue different for DSP creative?

It is the only tool here that reads the creative and handles the DSP agency work at a published price. Same question, different answer:

You askAmazon's own toolsReporting and data toolsPeachblue
"Which DSP creative is working?"Rows per creative per line item, or a query you writeCreative rows in a report or warehouseEach creative counted once, scored, and tiered
"Why is it working?"Numbers onlyNumbers only31 tagged dimensions and a written read per creative
"Is it better than our Meta creative?"Amazon onlyNova and Pacvue stay in retail; Improvado pipes both into your warehouse for you to compareAmazon DSP, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads in one account
"Which flights are off pace?"Per-advertiser pacing in the consoleNova reports pacing; Improvado's agents watch spend pacingPace per order against your CPM goal, every day, across clients
"What should we make next?"Ads Agent can generate new display and video ads from your product assetsNot covered on their DSP pagesA brief built from the patterns behind your own winners

This is how Peachblue supercharges DSP creative work, on three fronts. Performance: the creatives carrying each flight rank on one score, with pacing and supplier spend beside them. Creative: DSP assets get the same 31-dimension analysis as your social ads, so "why is this one winning" has an answer on Amazon too. The loop: the patterns behind your winners become the next brief, and the new creative is scored on the same scale once it runs.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best creative analytics tools for Amazon DSP?

The main options are Peachblue, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Vidmob, Smartly, Pacvue, Nova, and Improvado. Peachblue, Vidmob, and Smartly look at the creative itself; Amazon Marketing Cloud answers custom questions through queries; Pacvue, Nova, and Improvado report or pipe the numbers. Peachblue is the only one that analyzes DSP creative at a published, self-serve price.

Can Amazon Marketing Cloud analyze creative performance?

It can answer creative questions if you write or generate the query, since AMC exposes event-level Amazon Ads data in a clean room with aggregated results. Amazon's pages describe templates and an Ads Agent that writes SQL from plain language, but no ready-made creative report. AMC returns numbers, not a read of what is in each ad.

Is there a free way to analyze Amazon DSP creative?

Amazon's own reports and Amazon Marketing Cloud, which Amazon offers at no cost to eligible advertisers. The trade-off is work: reports split each creative across line items, and AMC needs queries. Paid tools start at $49 a month per seller account for Nova's Amazon analytics and $499 a month for Peachblue with Amazon DSP.

Which tools analyze Amazon DSP and Meta creative together?

Peachblue puts Amazon DSP, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads in one account and matches the same creative across them. Vidmob covers 13 channels, including Amazon DSP, at quote-only enterprise pricing, and Smartly covers both with its Amazon DSP integration in beta. Improvado can pipe both into a warehouse for your own analysis.

What happened to Amazon DSP?

Amazon now says Amazon DSP has evolved into Amazon Ads Agent, a single platform for sponsored ads and display, video, and audio campaigns. Campaign settings, audiences, creative assets, and reporting carried over, so the change is mostly a new name and one console. Most agencies still call it Amazon DSP.
