Connect Amazon DSP
Last updated · View as markdown
Peachblue syncs Amazon DSP campaign performance, orders, line items, and creative assets, and powers per-order flight pacing and client reporting on top. Available on Scale plans and up; Reports and pacing are Power and up. Read-only; your DSP campaigns are never modified.
Connect
- In Peachblue, go to Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect next to Amazon.
- Sign in with your Amazon Ads account and approve access.
- Select the advertising profile to sync (one per marketplace or entity) and confirm.
What syncs
- Daily creative-level DSP performance: spend, impressions, clicks, viewability, video metrics, purchases, detail page views, add-to-carts, and new-to-brand metrics
- Orders and line items with budgets and flight dates, which power pacing
- Creative assets, retrieved and mirrored automatically so DSP creatives get the same AI analysis as your social ads
- Advertiser names and IDs, which power the per-client views in agency workspaces
Amazon DSP specifics worth knowing
Amazon's DSP reporting behaves differently from social platforms, and Peachblue works within those rules rather than papering over them:
- 14-day attribution only. DSP reports conversions on a 14-day window; there are no 1-day or 7-day windows. Peachblue labels DSP conversion metrics accordingly instead of mixing windows across platforms.
- Roughly 60 days of history. Amazon retains about 60 days of DSP report data, so the initial backfill covers what Amazon makes available and your history builds forward from daily syncs. Connect early; your history compounds.
- Multiple line items per creative. The same creative often runs through several line items on the same day. Peachblue aggregates these correctly so daily numbers match what you would compute from the console.
Sync schedule
Initial backfill on connect (in windowed chunks, matching Amazon's report limits), then daily automatic sync. Manual sync is available from the Data Hub. Backfills are rate-limited to protect your API quota.
For agencies
Agency workspaces get a client switcher that scopes Performance, Creative Library, Reports, Brand Intel, and Agent Peach to one DSP advertiser at a time, plus per-client reporting with your agency margin applied. See Reports and pacing.
For what Peachblue does with this data once connected, see the Amazon DSP integration overview.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my Amazon DSP backfill only go back about 60 days?
Amazon's DSP reporting retains roughly 60 days of report data. Peachblue backfills what Amazon makes available and then builds history forward from daily syncs, so your history grows the longer the connection runs.
Why do Amazon DSP conversion metrics look different from Meta's?
Amazon DSP reports on a 14-day attribution window only; there are no 1-day or 7-day windows. Purchases, detail page views, and new-to-brand metrics are all 14-day. Peachblue labels these accordingly rather than mixing them with other platforms' windows.
